The program includes one-on-one mentoring with a local business expert, periodic meetings, a workshop to help you craft your pitch, financial projections, developing a strategy for success, and the development of your Business Plan.
What is the Business Gap Analysis program?
The Business Gap Analysis program is a 5-week program designed for established business owners who need a plan to increase profitability and want to achieve growth within the next three years.

This program includes one-on-one mentoring with a local business expert, including periodic meetings, a workshop to help devise a strategy to become more profitable, and the development of a Gap Action Plan.
