Business Plan Development
We're here to help you design the roadmap to your future.
The purpose of this program is to assist entrepreneurs in Atlantic Canada to create a roadmap for their business and obtain financing through the collaborative development of a business plan.
We will help you get all your ideas together into one cohesive plan, which can then be used to accompany your applications for funding.
This program is for entrepreneurs who are in the start-up phase or already have a business but do not have a formal business plan.
What’s included: 1 on 1 mentoring with a local business advisor, periodic meetings, help crafting your mission and vision statement, financial projections, goal-setting, a 3-year strategy for success, culminating in the development of a Business Plan.
Who should apply: local entrepreneurs and business owners in the start-up or operational phase of their business and who want a formal business plan developed.
Business Gap Analysis
We're here to help you bridge the gap to a better future.
The purpose of this program is to conduct a thorough review of all aspects of an existing business operation and devise a plan to address the deficiencies.
The business consultant will provide an objective assessment of:
- Current performance,
- Key issues, and
- Future prospects.
What’s included: 1 on 1 mentoring with a local business advisor, including a site visit, periodic meetings, diversification of revenue streams, and the development of a Gap Action Plan.
Who should apply: current business owners in Atlantic Canada who are beyond the business startup phase of their business and who want to experience growth.
